  Very poor after delivery care from Kia Ferndown, who refused to admit our brand new car was delivered with damage to it. The damage was to the interior, and was noticed after we arrived home with the vehicle, just a 10 mile drive. This is our 3rd new car purchase from Kia Ferndown, and I am now sad to say it will be the last. What should have been a minor issue, easily resolved, became a problem that we were expected to pay for to have repaired. A word of advice; check your new car VERY VERY thoroughly before driving it home, as Kia will accept no responsibility for any defects after it leaves the forecourt. Very disappointed.
