  The boots I ordered were out of stock despite showing "in stock" on the website. I saw some of the feedback here and my heart sank so I kept in contact with the company by message (they didn't return my initial phone call). It took almost 3 weeks, and I didn't believe everything I was told (because of the feedback here), but in fairness, the company did do what they said they would. Express delivery provided at no extra cost due to the lead time I experienced, although the courier (uk mail) sent me a message saying they'd received the boots before they actually had, and then updated their records as 'missing'. All sorted now though. Took longer than I was originally led to believe, but te company did perform :-)
